3. Services and recipients
To operate the service, we may share strictly necessary data with technical providers and competent authorities: Stripe for payments, Beds24 for calendar and bookings, Aruba for hosting and backend infrastructure, the configured email service for operational communications, Google Analytics only after consent, and public authorities where required by law (for example for guest reporting).
Providers process data according to their own roles and policies. Some services may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this occurs, the transfer mechanisms required by applicable law apply, as described in the relevant provider’s policy.
4. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after an explicit choice to accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, the script is not loaded. The choice is stored in the browser for one year and can be changed from the cookie policy.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to herbigheretreat@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests will be handled within the periods required by law; some data may need to be retained for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a right.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
